I am 15, a girl and I'm 5'9 "tall. (I have size D breasts if I need this info) in September, I weighed 11 stone, but since I lost about a stone by eating less / more healthy and do 15 minutes of training every night above any other exercise I do. But the thing is that my mother is panicking because she thinks I'm like turning anorexic so I have to do the exercises "Secret" or when she is not in what is delyaying my weight loss. Also, it's Christmas and I do not know how not to put on weight. I already eaten a lot of chocolate and gingerbread and candy canes. So basically, everyone has ideas how to lose weight, what weight I should be and how to keep losing weight even though Christmas is a lot of food and I do not do PE or dance class or swimming ..??

Already have a risk of becoming anorexic. Your weight should be between 138 and 158 lbs. 11 stone has been in the range of healthy weight for your height. Eat healthy, you do not gain weight – meat, vegetables, fruits, nuts, cheese – all likely to be around Christmas.
